Level 2 - Service layer

If your role focuses on installing the final gas service connection to customer properties, then this is the assessment pathway we've designed for you. Our Level 2 'Service Layer – C2' qualification allows you to use your daily, hands-on work to formally prove your specialist skills, helping you gain your nationally recognised certification.

Level 2 - Escape, Locate & Repair

We offer this Level 2 assessment for highly skilled and experienced emergency gas operatives, including First Call Operatives (FCOs). If your job is to respond to reported escapes, locate the source of the fault, and perform urgent on-site repairs, this is for you, helping you gain your nationally recognised qualification and prove your competence.
