It is designed for main layers who need to convert their valuable on-site experience into a formal, recognised Level 2 qualification, proving competence for full compliance and future career progression.

Level 2 - Service layer

If your job is installing the final water connection from the main to a customer's property, this Level 2 assessment is for you. It's designed for experienced Service Layers to get their on-the-job skills formally recognised with a proper qualification, all without disruptive classroom study, proving your competence and enhancing your career prospects.

Level 2 - Repair & Maintenance
